Vehicle condition policy

Vehicles must be in reasonably good condition during the time of an appointment. Neon Auto Spa has the right to upcharge or cancel appointments if a vehicle is deemed to have dirt or wear that exceeds the scope of the purchased services.

Cancellation Policy

For All Service Appointments

• Refund: Available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• No Refund: Customers that do not have their vehicle ready at their scheduled time and location are subject to appointment cancellation with no refund.
  
  Neon Auto Spa has the right to cancel and refund any appointment for any reason.

Lost item policy

Customers are encouraged to remove their personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to their appointment. Personal items that are left in the vehicle may need to be moved during the cleaning process. Neon Auto Spa is not liable for any items that are missing from the vehicle.
